Every birth journey is unique, preparing well helps you feel calm, confident and supported when the time comes.
At Nga Hau Māngere Birthing Centre we want you to arrive feeling supported and cared for. As a primary birthing maternity unit we support low-risk, uncomplicated pregnancies in a warm, safe, and whānau-centred environment.
Here you will find everything you need to prepare for your stay - from choosing your midwife (Lead Maternity Carer/LMC) to learning about your journey of care with us. You can also explore our antenatal classes, education sessions, and resource hub with helpful tools and answers to common questions.
Our team is here to ensure you have everything you need for a safe, comfortable, and positive birth experience.
Visiting hours
To help new mums get the rest they need, visiting hours are from 2pm to 8pm.
